Avengers: Doomsday, the *Ms. Marvel* actress is officially stepping into a new role: podcast host. Vellani is set to guide audiences through the expansive history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as we build anticipation for the next major crossover event.

### A New Audio Journey Through the Multiverse

Starting August 27, Vellani will team up with veteran podcaster Frank Alvarez to launch *Countdown to Avengers: Doomsday Official Podcast*. This limited five-episode series is designed to bridge the gap between past MCU milestones and the upcoming cinematic spectacle.

The production will be highly accessible, debuting on Disney+ and Marvel’s official YouTube channel, with audio-only versions available on all major podcast platforms. By utilizing a multi-format release strategy, Marvel is clearly aiming to capture a broad audience, mirroring the success of recent behind-the-scenes content that has seen engagement rates climb by nearly 20% across digital platforms over the last year.

### Revisiting the Infinity Saga and Beyond

Rather than leaking spoilers or plot details about *Doomsday*, the podcast will function as a curated retrospective. Each episode will break down pivotal narrative beats that have defined the MCU thus far. The series is structured to culminate with a deep dive into *Avengers: Endgame*, a strategic choice that aligns perfectly with the theatrical re-release of the blockbuster, *Avengers: Endgame Encore*.

### The Future of Ms. Marvel in the MCU

The question of when Kamala Khan will return to the big screen remains a hot topic in fan communities. Following the release of *The Marvels*, the status of its lead trio-Carol Danvers, Monica Rambeau, and Kamala Khan-remains unconfirmed for the upcoming *Doomsday* roster.

However, industry analysts and dedicated followers remain optimistic. Given the character’s popularity and her role as a bridge to the younger generation of heroes, many speculate that a cameo in *Doomsday* or a substantial role in the subsequent *Avengers: Secret Wars* is highly probable. Much like how legacy characters were woven into the fabric of the *Infinity Saga* over several years, Marvel appears to be playing the long game with its newer roster, ensuring that when these heroes do return, the impact is maximized.
