The Evolution Championship Series (Evo) is officially expanding its global footprint, unveiling the comprehensive roadmap for its inaugural South American tournament. Scheduled to take place from March 26 to March 28, 2027, at the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, Evo Brazil 2027 marks a historic milestone for the fighting game community (FGC) in the region. Organizers have confirmed a high-stakes environment, featuring eight marquee titles and a substantial prize pool of at least R$1 million, signaling a major investment in local competitive talent.

The gates for participation and attendance officially swung open on Tuesday, October 27. For those looking to compete, the entry fee is set at R$50 per game title. Spectators hoping to witness the action live can take advantage of early-bird pricing available through the official Evo Brazil website. Currently, single-day passes are available for R$180, while a full three-day event pass is priced at R$490.

Prospective attendees should act quickly; these discounted rates are locked in only until December 28. Following this window, the pricing structure will shift to standard and final tiers, eventually reaching R$250 for a single day and R$690 for the full weekend experience. This tiered pricing model is a common strategy in major esports events, similar to how global gatherings like The International or DreamHack incentivize early commitment to secure venue capacity.

The competition will be fierce, with eight distinct titles anchoring the main stage. The selection reflects a mix of modern hits and highly anticipated releases, ensuring a diverse display of skill. The confirmed lineup includes Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game and the long-awaited FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves. As the FGC continues to grow-with recent industry reports suggesting the global fighting game market is expected to see significant revenue growth through 2030-Evo’s presence in Brazil is poised to become a cornerstone event for the Latin American esports ecosystem.

The Main Stage Lineup
