Nicole Eggert has opened up about the financial toll of her breast cancer treatment,<\/a> revealing how mounting medical bills and an inability to work left her struggling to support her family.<\/p>\n

The 54-year-old former Baywatch <\/em>star, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2023<\/a>, underwent a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery before having a full hysterectomy earlier this year. <\/p>\n

She has now described the strain of navigating her recovery as a single mother to daughters Dilyn, 28, and Keegan, 15, while facing a period without an income.<\/p>\n

Eggert told Fox News Digital<\/a>: \u201cI\u2019m a 100 per cent single parent. One of my daughters is an adult, so she is very self-independent, and she does great, but I do have a teenager still at home …<\/p>\n

\u201cI have that responsibility, and then I have all the household and homemaker, head of household responsibilities and then the cost of what this diagnosis brings, which is a lot \u2026 Really, you can\u2019t even wrap your head around it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
