As Embark Studios <a href=\"https:\/\/gamingbolt.com\/arc-raiders-pve-testing-has-ended-studio-will-reveal-future-plans-in-november\">ruminates on its implementation<\/a>, CEO Patrick S\u00f6derlund admitted that it wouldn\u2019t be a \u201cdifficult thing to do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe could just frankly add PvE. It\u2019s not a difficult thing to do. But we didn\u2019t want to obstruct or fiddle too much with the core loop of the game where the PvP aspect of a PvPvE game does add, we believe, adequate tension,\u201d he revealed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamebusiness.com\/p\/why-embark-had-to-pull-the-handbrake\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Game Business<\/a> in a recent talk.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you\u2019re building a game, what you\u2019re trying to do is to evoke emotion in players. If you can evoke emotions in people, you\u2019re probably doing something right. It could be joy, it could be fear, whatever your aspirations are.
