WHP26: The Warehouse Project Unveils Massive Expansion for 20th Anniversary Season

As The Warehouse Project (WHP) marks two decades of defining the UK’s electronic music landscape, the organizers have pulled back the curtain on a fresh wave of programming for the highly anticipated WHP26 season. This milestone year is shaping up to be the most ambitious in the brand’s history, blending legendary veterans with the most exciting names in contemporary dance music.

## New Additions to the WHP26 Calendar
The latest schedule update brings a diverse array of high-octane events to Manchester’s Depot Mayfield. Drum and bass enthusiasts have a major date to circle: Friday, 9th October. The “Worried About Henry” showcase will feature a rare, immersive A/V performance from the iconic Andy C. He will be joined by a powerhouse lineup including a high-energy back-to-back set from Bou and Hedex, alongside appearances by Hybrid Minds and Camo & Krooked.

For those favoring melodic house and techno, the Keinemusik collective is set to bring their signature Berlin sound to Manchester on Saturday, 18th September, with Rampa and &ME leading the charge.

The autumn schedule also sees a heavy focus on the harder side of the spectrum. On Friday, 14th November, the industrial-leaning Klangkuenstler will headline a special event co-curated by The Warehouse Project and Teletech. This partnership continues on Friday, 16th October, with a headline show featuring the rapidly rising Hannah Laing.

## The Return of NEXUP and Expanded Venue Capacity
Following the instant sell-out of their 2025 debut, Max Dean’s “NEXUP” brand is returning for a massive Halloween takeover on 31st October. The lineup is stacked with talent, featuring Max Dean himself, a collaborative set between Luke Dean and Omar+, and a B2B session from Locky and Tommy Phillips. The bill is rounded out by Riordan, Teedee, and a Burnski B2B Julian Anthony set, while the Archive space will be hosted by the Shelter crew.

These new announcements join an already stellar roster of talent for WHP26, which includes heavy hitters like Tiësto, Solomun, The Streets, Overmono, KI/KI, and Interplanetary Criminal.

## Introducing “Vault”: A New Dimension at Depot Mayfield
Perhaps the most significant development for the 20th-anniversary season is the physical expansion of the venue itself. The Warehouse Project is officially opening a fourth performance space, dubbed “Vault.” This new room will operate alongside the existing Depot, Concourse, and Archive areas, providing a more intimate yet intense atmosphere that promises to diversify the sonic experience for attendees.
