Danny Dyer Takes the Helm: What to Expect from This Week’s SNL U.K.
The iconic sketch comedy franchise continues its transatlantic expansion this weekend as Saturday Night Live U.K. returns with a fresh lineup. Following the massive success of its debut season in late 2025-which captivated audiences across both the U.K. and the U.S.-the show is back for its sophomore run. This Saturday, the spotlight turns to fan-favorite actor Danny Dyer, who will serve as the evening’s host, while the soulful Sasha Keable is set to take the stage as the featured musical guest.
A Rising Star on the SNL Stage
Sasha Keable’s appearance comes on the heels of her recent momentum in the live music scene. Most notably, she delivered a standout performance during the second day of SXSW London 2025 at the historic Shoreditch Town Hall this past June. Her inclusion in the SNL U.K. roster highlights the show’s commitment to blending established comedic talent with cutting-edge musical artists.
