EDC Vegas just wrapped up its 30th Anniversary and Pasquale Rotella just unleashed an earthquake. It all started with a teaser Instagram story from Pasquale hinting at a special announcement on something that has been debated for many years. As it turns out, the big announcement is that EDC Vegas is finally stepping up and going to two weekends in 2027. This is something that has been demanded for over a decade, since the days when EDC was in June and there was no camping component.

Unofficially, rumors had begun spreading around town in the week leading up to EDC Vegas 2026, with hospitality groups being told to prepare for two consecutive weekends in 2027. It turns out that the rumors were correct and sources have confirmed that the announcement will be a 2nd weekend next year. Now we await the formal announcement with the dates, but we are certainly hoping that the 2nd weekend will be during Memorial Day Weekend 2027.
