Australia’s tech-house prodigy, Odd Mob, and long-renowned, bicoastal producers Walker & Royce teamed up on an impactful and addictive new record. Alluring vocals from songwriter, lyricist and poet, Benni Ola, add flair and round out the track. ‘Can’t Say Nah‘ is out now, on Insomniac Records.

‘Can’t Say Nah’ opens with a satisfying drum pattern, sampled dog barks and Benni Ola’s vocals detailing a toxic relationship too good to quit. The drop showcases Odd Mob’s and Walker & Royce’s technical capabilities with clean percussion, whirs, laser pews, and scratching textures coming together to form irresistibly danceable moments. The titular lyric repeats throughout the song, leading to a natural and easy to learn refrain for live audiences. Energy builds continuously until it’s blissfully unleashed a second time shortly before the track’s conclusion.

First premiered in spring of last year, ‘Can’t Say Nah’ received support from some of the biggest names in dance music, with plays from Dom Dolla, Oliver Heldens, Afrojack and Nicky Romero in club, radio and festival sets.

Following their sets today at Escapade, Odd Mob and Walker & Royce will play a B2B afterparty, no doubt celebrating the long-anticipated release.
