Mobile publisher will continue to operate as standalone company led by existing management team

Tripledot Studios has acquired mobile publisher Supersonic from Unity for $40 million.
Unity announced plans to divest Supersonic earlier this year after shutting down its IronSource network.
Supersonic became part of Unity in 2022 through an all-stock merger with IronSource valued at $4.4 billion.
Supersonic will continue to operate as a standalone company under the Tripledot Group brand, led by its current management team and remaining based in Tel Aviv.
“Joining Tripledot means finding a new home built specifically around scaled game publishing, with the capital, technology, and user acquisition expertise,” Supersonic CEO Igor Bereslavski told GamesBeat.
