Chicago’s own electronic music powerhouse, Azzecca, is set to bring her signature sound to global stages this autumn. Following a summer of high-profile festival appearances, the producer and DJ has officially mapped out a dense itinerary of club dates and festival slots that bridge the gap between North American nightlife and the European underground scene.
A Global Itinerary: From San Francisco to Amsterdam
The tour kicks off with a high-energy homecoming of sorts in California. On September 27, Azzecca will make her highly anticipated debut at the Portola Festival in San Francisco. The momentum continues immediately after her festival set, as she heads to the iconic Audio nightclub for an official late-night afterparty.
Following her West Coast run, the artist will pivot to Europe for a curated selection of performances. Highlights of this international leg include a prestigious support slot for progressive house legend Eric Prydz at London’s Ironworks. She will also bring her dark, driving aesthetic to renowned venues such as Warsaw’s Smolna and Copenhagen’s Culture Box. The European tour culminates during the world-famous Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), where she is scheduled to perform at Bajes alongside UK garage standout Interplanetary Criminal.
Returning Stateside: Major Support and Festival Highlights
Once back in North America, Azzecca’s schedule remains packed with significant bookings. She is confirmed to support electronic music icon Moby at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. As the season progresses, she will dive into the festival circuit with appearances at Miami’s Hocus Pocus and the massive EDC Orlando. The tour is currently slated to conclude on November 20 with an intimate, high-fidelity performance at Artspace, located within New York City’s PUBLIC Hotel.
