As the summer season draws to a close, the electronic music collective KONFLICT. is preparing for one final high-altitude celebration. This Saturday, August 22nd, the crew returns to their spiritual home, the Eight Members Club in Moorgate, to host the season’s concluding Festa Do Sol rooftop event.
A Return to Where It All Began
The Eight Members Club holds significant historical weight for the group, serving as the birthplace of the KONFLICT. brand back in 2019. Returning to this iconic “Rooftop of Dreams” provides a full-circle moment for the organizers.
“Festa Do Sol originated on this very rooftop five years ago, and it remains our most cherished and sought-after event concept,” explains founder Antares. “It occupies a unique space in our journey that no other venue can replicate.”
The Lineup and Atmosphere
The festivities are scheduled to commence at 2:00 PM, setting the stage for an eight-hour marathon of house and electronic music. The afternoon begins with a performance by Em Beswick, who arrives in London following a string of high-profile appearances at global dance music hubs like Hï Ibiza and [UNVRS]. Following the opening set, KONFLICT. residents Antares and Balzar will take the helm, guiding the dancefloor through to the 10:00 PM curfew.
A Year of Unprecedented Growth
This closing party arrives during a period of rapid expansion for the KONFLICT. brand. The collective has maintained a relentless pace throughout 2024, diversifying their portfolio with events ranging from the high-energy bank holiday showcase at The Cause to an exclusive takeover of Horizon 22, which currently holds the title of the UK’s highest event space.
Beyond their London footprint, the crew has successfully exported their sound to the international stage. Their recent residency at [UNVRS] Ibiza’s exclusive Apartment venue, alongside regular appearances at the legendary Wild Corner at Hï Ibiza, has solidified their reputation as a global force in the scene.
