The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) 2026 is shaping up to be a landmark year for the iconic Gashouder venue. Organizers have officially announced that Swedish electronic music pioneer Eric Prydz will headline the opening night. Fans can catch the legendary producer at the recently refurbished industrial space on Thursday, October 22, with a set scheduled from 21:30 until 01:30.

The Resurgence of the Prydz Sound

This high-profile booking arrives on the heels of the successful revival of EPIC Radio. After a lengthy six-year break, the show returned to the airwaves earlier this year, re-establishing itself as a vital hub for the dance community. Originally debuting in 2012, the program now maintains a bi-weekly release schedule across platforms like YouTube, SiriusXM, and Insomniac Radio. It serves as a primary outlet for Prydz to showcase exclusive, unreleased tracks from his Pryda and Cirez D aliases. In fact, many of the IDs that have recently captivated crowds at major global gatherings-such as EDC Las Vegas-first gained traction through these broadcasts.

Prydz remains a titan of the industry, largely due to his commitment to sensory immersion.
