The vivo X500E Approaches Launch Following Bluetooth SIG Certification
Following the mid-year debut of the vivo X300 E this past July, anticipation is building for its successor, the X500E. Recent regulatory activity suggests that the device is nearing its official market release, as it has now secured essential Bluetooth SIG certification.
Regulatory Milestone for Model V2656
The upcoming smartphone, identified by the model number V2656, has officially appeared in the Bluetooth SIG database. While the certification filing itself remains sparse regarding technical specifications, its presence is a definitive indicator that vivo is finalizing the device for a commercial rollout in the coming months.
Anticipated Hardware and Performance Specs
While official details are currently under wraps, industry insiders have begun circulating potential specifications for the X500E. If these reports hold true, the device is shaping up to be a significant powerhouse. Key rumored features include:
- Processing Power: Expected to be driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset.
- Display: A compact yet immersive 6.59-inch screen.
- Imaging System: A robust setup featuring a 50MP main sensor paired with a high-resolution 64MP periscope telephoto lens.
- Battery Capacity: A massive 7,500 mAh battery, which would place it among the leaders in current smartphone endurance.
Expanding the vivo X500 Ecosystem
The X500E is poised to join an already established lineup. Last month, vivo expanded its portfolio with the introduction of the X500, the X500 Pro, and the high-end X500 Pro Max.
