Nintendo reported a 12.1% decrease in net sales for the six months ended September 30, 2026, primarily due to reduced hardware sales.
Operating profit increased 49.1% to ¥216.5 billion ($1.3 billion), supported by steady software sales from new titles such as Splatoon Raiders alongside a first quarter US tariff refund.
Nintendo noted that the tariffs “related to the refunds were primarily borne by the company rather than passed on to consumers through product prices.”
