Stellantis just released the final episode of its “Master the impossible” series, where the new Jeep Compass 4xe shows off its off-road capabilities on various terrains. The last episode takes us into the deep, snowy and icy roads of Arjeplog, Sweden. The promo video shows the 4xe configuration of the Compass overcoming various challenging off-road trails.
One of the key features that allows the Compass 4xe to move so confidently on the slippery roads is the fine-tuning of the two electric motors. The front axle gets a 157-kW motor, while the back accommodates a 132-kW motor. A separate electronic system keeps the balance between the two in check and adjusts the power output in real time.
