Insomniac’s Washington, D.C. festival Project Glow successfully debuted in Spring 2022 and continues bringing globally-acclaimed talent to the city year-after-year. Returning later this month, Project Glow promises a hard-hitting festival weekend full of fantastic music and immersive art.

For it’s fifth edition, Project Glow booked a star-studded lineup with a mixture of industry legends and hot up-and-comers. Not limiting itself to any specific subgenre, Project Glow brings artists known for dubstep, house, techno, trance, drum and bass, and more to it’s three custom stages. Sets from the event are rarely shared online; the only way to experience these exclusive performances is by attending them.

With a lineup this exciting and diverse, it’s easy to get lost. Need some help? Here are five artists to look out for this year:

Starjunk95

Launching off of his debut album, Industrial Sunset Memories, and a series of successful tour and festival performances, Starjunk95 is more than an ordinary EDM artist. Specifically, he is Earth’s local representative of an intergalactic radio station from the future. Flashing colors, bright lights, high enthusiasm and musical elements of speed house, DnB, funk, and future bass combine to form addictive grooves and an imaginative atmosphere. Just picture yourself, chewing bubblegum, on a Saturday morning at an anime arcade in outer space.

Blending a variety of genres and oozing with playful nostalgia, Starjunk95 promises a unique and exceedingly energetic performance to remember.

Dimension

Often seen alongside the rest of the Worship crew (1991, Sub Focus, Culture Shock), Dimension is a major UK-player. Currently trying to bring Drum-and-Bass (DNB) to the American mainstream, his efforts seem to be working, given Dimension’s electric performances on the world’s biggest stages including Ultra Music Festival and Coachella. At Project Glow, he stands out as one of the festival’s highest-energy artists, sure to set the crowd ablaze.

With hard-hitting tracks like ‘DJ Turn It Up‘ and ‘Satellite‘ and powerful remixes of ‘It’s That Time‘ and ‘Silence‘, Dimension always brings an intensely satisfying performance.

KREAM

Known for their euphoric series of LIQUID: LAB mixes and addictive house soundscape, the Norwegian sibling-duo, KREAM, are an exciting addition to this year’s Project Glow experience. Fun mashups, melodic hits and pleasantly danceable beats, studded with innovative moments and unusual IDs, all await enthusiastic listeners.

Many of their tracks, including ‘Wicked Game,’ ‘So Hï,’ and ‘I Need a Miracle,’ have amassed millions of plays on Spotify, further signifying that KREAM’s set is likely to be a highlight of the weekend.

Ninajirachi

Australian-born Ninajirachi continues her breakout into the world as an upcoming voice in EDM. From releasing her award-winning 2025 studio album, ‘I Love My Computer’ to wide acclaim, bringing out Porter Robinson at Coachella, and announcing a US-tour coming later this year her momentum is only accelerating. The nostalgic single ‘iPod Touch‘, off said album, rapidly became her most popular track, with over 12 million plays.

Nina’s recent shows have sold out exceptionally fast. Project Glow is an excellent opportunity to see her upbeat, yet emotional, mix of pop and electro influences on stage. Arrive early.

Max Styler

A leader in the sweeping tech house wave and 1001tracklists’ number one producer of 2025, San Louis Obispo’s Max Styler has seen tremendous success on the global scene. The epitome of “it takes 10 years to become an overnight success,” the American producer went from tiny clubs to festival mainstages and proven why he deserves his spot at the top.

In addition to his worldwide floorfillers including ‘I Know You Want To,’ ‘London’s On Fire,’ and ‘Need You Tonight‘, Max is known to dig deep in his sets, often featuring mystifying IDs and rare remixes. If you’ve somehow slept on Max Styler thus far, now’s your chance to join the rest of us.
