The new development is designed as a comprehensive lifestyle hub, spanning four levels. By positioning the 25,000 sq ft fitness center directly above a massive 60,000 sq ft Sports Direct retail space, the company is creating a seamless ecosystem where members can shop for high-end athletic gear and transition immediately into their training sessions. This integrated approach reflects a growing trend in the fitness industry, where convenience and multi-purpose venues are becoming essential for member retention.
