### Aurzen’s Zip Pro: A Brighter Evolution of the Cyberpunk Projector
Following the release of the Aurzen Zip Cyber-a device that garnered attention for its unique, foldable aesthetic despite its modest light output-the company has returned to the spotlight. At this year’s IFA trade show, Aurzen unveiled the Zip Pro, a successor that directly addresses the performance limitations of its predecessor while maintaining the signature design language that made the original series stand out.
#### Enhanced Visuals and Performance
The most significant leap forward for the Zip Pro is its technical capability. While the previous iteration struggled in well-lit environments, the Pro model boasts a native 1080p resolution and a brightness rating that is double that of the original. This shift is crucial for portable projectors, as higher lumen counts are essential for maintaining image clarity in non-darkened rooms-a common pain point for users who want to take their entertainment outdoors or into casual living spaces.
#### Refined Design and User Interface
Aurzen has opted to retain the “trifold” hinge mechanism that defined the earlier models, ensuring the device remains highly portable. However, the physical footprint has grown slightly to accommodate the upgraded internal hardware. The Zip Pro measures 4.5 x 3.8 x 1.7 inches, a noticeable increase from the 3.3 x 3.1 x 1-inch dimensions of the Zip and Zip Cyber.
Despite the larger chassis, the device feels more intuitive. A standout addition is the integrated touchscreen located on the top panel. This feature simplifies the initial configuration process, allowing users to navigate menus and adjust settings without relying solely on a remote or external device. By blending the familiar cyberpunk-inspired visual style with these functional upgrades, Aurzen is positioning the Zip Pro as a more serious contender in the crowded portable projector market.
