## K/DA Returns: The Complete Roadmap for the FIRESTARTER EP
After a hiatus spanning nearly six years, the virtual pop sensation K/DA is officially reclaiming the spotlight. Riot Games has pulled back the curtain on an ambitious rollout strategy for the group’s latest project, the *FIRESTARTER* EP. This comeback is set to dominate the digital airwaves throughout the autumn of 2026, culminating in a high-profile appearance at the League of Legends World Championship.
### A Strategic Rollout: From EP Launch to Worlds 2026
The *FIRESTARTER* EP, which features a collection of four distinct tracks, serves as the centerpiece of this musical resurgence. To maintain momentum, Riot has curated a release calendar that stretches from October through November 2026. Fans can expect a steady stream of content, including lyric videos and immersive visualizers designed to complement the EP’s high-energy production.
The most anticipated highlight of this schedule is the group’s live performance at the Worlds 2026 final. Historically, virtual performances at the World Championship-such as the iconic debut of “POP/STARS”-have set industry benchmarks for augmented reality integration in live entertainment. With advancements in real-time rendering technology since their last major outing, this year’s performance is expected to push the boundaries of virtual artistry even further.
### Featured Collaborations and Content Highlights
A standout moment in the upcoming schedule is the dedicated video release for the track “GIRLS.” This specific song is generating significant buzz due to the inclusion of DJ Sona, a fan-favorite character within the League universe. By integrating established musical personas like DJ Sona, Riot is effectively bridging the gap between game lore and mainstream pop culture.
This announcement builds upon the initial reveal of the four tracks on the “FIRESTARTER” EP, confirming that the group’s return is not merely a single-track drop, but a comprehensive multimedia experience.
### Key Dates to Remember
Riot Games has mapped out six critical milestones across the next two months. This structured approach ensures that the *FIRESTARTER* era remains at the forefront of the gaming and music communities as the competitive season reaches its climax. Whether through the cinematic flair of their new music videos or the spectacle of the Worlds stage, K/DA is positioned to remind the world why they remain the gold standard for virtual idols.
