## Remedy Entertainment Sees Massive Growth Driven by Control Resonant Success
Remedy Entertainment’s fiscal performance for the third quarter of 2026 reveals a significant upward trajectory, largely fueled by the successful launch of *Control Resonant*. The studio reported a robust revenue of €39.6 million (approximately $44.3 million), representing a staggering 226% surge compared to the €12.2 million generated during the same period in 2025. Beyond top-line growth, the company achieved an EBITDA of €6.8 million and an operating profit of €0.6 million, signaling a healthy transition toward sustainable profitability.
### Expanding the Franchise Reach
While Remedy has long been celebrated for its dedicated “cult-hit” following, the latest financial data highlights a strategic breakthrough in audience acquisition. Remarkably, nearly 50% of *Control Resonant* sales have come from individuals who had no prior experience with the original *Control* title.
This shift is particularly noteworthy in the current gaming landscape. As industry analysts have observed throughout 2026, many studios are struggling to capture the attention of new demographics, making the expansion of an established IP an increasingly difficult hurdle to clear.
### A Milestone in Self-Publishing
CEO Jean-Charles Gaudechon emphasized the significance of these figures during his address to investors. He noted that *Control Resonant* serves as a critical proof-of-concept for the studio, as it marks the first title Remedy has fully self-published.
“Attracting a fresh player base was a primary objective for this project,” Gaudechon stated. “These initial metrics confirm that the *Control* franchise is successfully broadening its appeal, which bodes well for the future growth of the Remedy brand.”

By successfully balancing the expectations of long-term fans with accessible design choices for newcomers, Remedy has managed to defy the industry-wide trend of stagnant audience growth, positioning itself as a formidable independent force in the market.
